My biggest weakness that benefits me as a bridal hairstylist is that I am a PERFECTIONIST!

I know the fear in your head thinking if I take this out again they aren’t going to trust me or if I redo this they are going to think I don’t know how to this style but I personally won’t quit until I am fully satisfied and in love with my work.

At the end of the day it’s my walking art and I want to make sure you are PERFECT getting out of my chair so if that means I am redoing something over and over well girl just get comfy and sip on some champagne!

Is it time consuming? Yes. Can it be stressful? Of course. Does it mean I don’t know what I’m doing? Absolutely not! So next time you’re in that situation don’t panic! Your clients will actually appreciate you taking the time to make sure they are picture perfect before hurrying them out of your chair.

Hi! There’s a lot of new faces here so I wanted to introduce myself again 💁🏼‍♀️

Hi, I’m Jillian—30 something, entrepreneur, mama of three (my entire 🌎), who thinks coffee should be its own food group. By day, I’m an award-winning bridal hair artist, building a business with my best friend @glossedbydominique making brides look and feel beautiful and many phone calls keeping each other sane. By night, I’m either a referee (if you have boys… you know the deal), doing admin work , or asleep by 9 p.m. with my husband supporting me through it all (he’s my #1 fan).

I run on caffeine and dropping the f bomb more than I’d like to admit, 99 unread messages from my friends group chat and wash my hair as often as I have time for (which is, um, “strategic”), and am currently in my “early morning workouts, daily vitamins, and listening to podcasts on my wedding morning drives” era. Does it count as self-care? Maybe, but I call it survival to raising three kids and running a business. Life is chaotic, caffeinated and beautiful and I am truly so blessed!
